Order Dispatch/Shipping Services

We do our utmost to ensure that orders received up until 12 noon (Mon to Frid) are dispatched the same day. However, there may be rare occasions when circumstances outside our control prevent this. Orders must be received, and paid for, by 12 noon in order to be dispatched the same day. Any orders after 12 noon will be sent the next working day. ‘Working’ days for the purposes of order dispatch/delivery are Mon-Frid.

Our ‘next day’ tracked delivery service is NOT guaranteed. Despite over 99.5% of parcels being delivered on time, there are occasions where your package may be late.

Some areas of the UK including (but not restricted to) the far North of Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle Of Man are not covered by our next day courier service.

We will typically dispatch using Royal Mail 1st Class signed for to these areas, which may on occasions take 2-3 working days.

We reserve the right to change delivery options available without notice &/or change a customers shipping method to a comparable service.

Any claims for ‘lost’ packages can only be submitted a minimum of 10 days after the expected delivery date

Upon dispatch customers will receive a text message &/or email with their tracking information. This will also enable customers to change many aspects of the delivery themselves, if they so wish, once the package is in transit. Full tracking services may not be available to some worldwide destinations.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We accept orders from overseas. Please note that any import duty payable is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a parcel is refused by a customer the return shipping costs for the items to be returned to us will be born by the customer, and any original shipping costs will also be deducted from any refund.

Please note that certain items may be prohibited in parcels that we ship Internationally. Scissors will not typically be included in parcels to most International destinations. This is to avoid your shipment being held by customs or returned to us.

Please note we are unable to ship removal solution outside of the UK mainland as it can result in you parcel being detained in customs for a considerable amount of time

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Any complaints must be made within 14 days of your purchase.

To log a complaint please contact by email to [email protected]

You will be emailed a link to our online complaints form to complete. The complaints form must be completed truthfully, and in full. Upon receipt of the completed complaints form we will respond in writing within 7 working days with the next step in resolving your complaint.

Please do not return any alleged faulty product without completing our complaints form first. Once your complaint has been assessed by a member of management you will be contacted by email with our findings.

PLEASE NOTE – Online Courses are non-refundable due to the digital resources (videos & training manuals/resources) that are supplied. Purchase of the course does NOT guarantee a pass and issuing of an accredited certificate. Strict standards are applied to the assessment procedure, to ensure the quality and integrity of the online courses are maintained. Students may resubmit as many times as they wish, but multiple submissions does not guarantee a pass, unless the require standard of work is reached. We will happily replace any damaged/faulty tools received as part of your course kits

The email address &/or mobile telephone number you enter to receive notification of order status updates, and courier tracking details, may also be used from time to time by salonbystevietraining.co.uk and any companies operated by salonbystevietraining.co.uk to send you emails &/or text marketing containing information you may find of interest.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

If your purchase is for digital resources only our contract with you the consumer is formed from when we provide you with access to your digital resources via our online portal.

If your purchase is for a course/courses with kits supplied our contract with you the consumer is formed when we ship your goods (training head, hair, kits for each method etc)

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We accept returns of tools, training head, hair providing that all items are unused, in original condition with all original packaging. Returns can be requested by emailing us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase

The digital aspect of your course, once access has been provided (by us enrolling you to our online portal), is not refundable.
